Error on firmware_version_test and ic2 test

When I run any script (even firmware_version_test.sh), I get the following error: ‘int’ object has no attribute ‘getitem

And ic2 test I get:

Error: Could not open file /dev/i2c-0’ or/dev/i2c/0’: No such file or directory

I tried updating the firmware from the desktop icon, and it was successful, but I still get the error.

Here is the output from all_tests.sh:

So as you stated here: (I can’t confirm grove firmware version) You updated the firmware and it didn’t work.
When you updated the firmware did the terminal say everything went ok? Any errors?

Hi @john2,

Just as @graykevinb said, this post is related to the issue you’ve posted here.
I think it’s better if we keep the topic going there.

Also, thank you @graykevinb for your support/observation. I’ve added some suggestions to the other topic which are similar to what you’re asking.

Thank you!

There were no errors when I updated the firmware, thanks!

I will post further details in the other thread to consolidate.
