Hi I’m connecting to the GoPiGo from PC using Chrome browser. Everything works great, but every few minutes or I get disconnected from the GoPiGo with this Server disconnected (code: 1006). I’m running on usb power.

Hmm. What viewer are you using? Also which Raspberry pi? The older ones may not work.
Do you still have the GoPiGo board attached to the raspberrypi?
I was troubleshooting a camera issue earlier today and for convenience I had disconnected the raspberrypi from the GoPiGo board. I ran into that similar error message. Not entirely sure if it had anything to do with it but after I reconnected the GoPiGo board to the raspberrypi it disappeared.
