Is it Hebrew National bologna, or “Phony Baloney”?

Books are so “old tech”. These days I have to watch videos and write my own “Cliff Notes”, just to have something I can read.
The problem for me is that I don’t get any “warm fuzzy” from seeing my simulated GoPiGo3 wander in a contrived, simulated environment. Now if I had a simulated “My House” world, perhaps then simulation would start to excite, and even be useful for learning vSLAM with RTABmap.
I have the feeling I would have to move to a real computer though - my virtual machine Ubuntu barely manages the basic worlds.
I have proved the Turtlebot3 configuration files give the GoPiGo3 excellent localization and navigation skills. I want to learn how to integrate the “My House” map I built for Create3-Wali with this gpg3_navigation that I created from the Turtlebot3 code, so GoPi5Go-Dave can find the kitchen and then find his way back to his dock.
The idea being that if you can get Dave to do that in the Gazebo “My House” simulation, then he should be able to do that in real life? Without getting stuck under a chair or hiding in the bathroom?
One of the reasons I’d rather read about it rather than watch a YouTube video is that most videos take fifteen minutes just to get to the meat of the topic, and then take another twenty minutes to describe what I can read about in fifteen seconds.
e-books are searchable - that is the biggest advantage for me. Also reading doesn’t disturb anyone nearby - (and I don’t have to put headphones on to read a book).
Absolutely!
What!!!
You don’t have Dave/Carl read these things to you out-loud?!!! I’m so dissapointed!
Actually I find it easier to read off of paper myself. Yea, I know, that’s sooooo last century.
