Hi Chris,

I apologize got the 2 weeks delay but I’ve finally sent out the boards.

I do have to apologize again for making a mistake when explaining on the
forum. It was actually the raspberry pi that had a problem and not the
GoPiGo. We tested the boards with our friend’s existing raspberry pi board
and the robot works.

I have mailed the original GoPiGo (un-opened) you’ve sent together with the
faulty raspberry pi back to Matthew with tracking RC698713340SG which can
be tracked from www.singpost.com.

I do hope that you’ll be able to mail me a new raspberry pi and I’ll bear
the cost for shipping the two items back to Dexter’s Industries as it my
blunder.

@jack.new.wl Thank you for sending the boards back. I am sorry to hear of the confusion, but at least now we know what was causing the issues.

I have placed an order for a replacement Raspberry Pi for you. It will probably be tomorrow before it is ready and you will receive another email with the tracking details once they are available.

It seems you missed the “Clarksville Rd” part. The road I’m on is “W Clarksville Rd” (west Clarksville road), not “W” road. There’s a chance it will still be delivered correctly, since the road name and town name are the same.
