HI, our new raspberry pi won’t boot. We are powering it via a USB cable connected to a laptop. We know it is getting power because the red light near the power cable is on (see below). The HDMI cable is connected to a monitor that we know is working. We tried it while connected to the GoPiGo board and by itself. I am concerned that the SD card slot has a connector wire loose. If you look on the picture below there appears to be a loose gold wire showing through the small opening in the SD card slot.
Any help would be appreciated!
