6-Axis Accelerometer & Gyroscope & 3-Axis Compass

Hi! I really need help with these two sensors 6-Axis Accelerometer & Gyroscope & 3-Axis Compass, as I’m currently running on Background Application (IOT) on Visual Studio 2015. All I need are some examples on how to retrieve readings from the sensors connecting to my GrovePi and display on my output window. This is for my school related project. I really hope you guys could lend me a hand and provide some examples where I can implement on my StartupTask.cs.
