I have attempted numerous times to install arduberry shield onto my raspberry pi3b , based on your online instruction (Getting Started Connecting the Raspberry Pi and Arduino) ), but failed in the step of running the Installation Script. I suspect the files downloaded from Arduberry Repository is not compatible to my raspberry pi3 os (Debian GNU/Linux 12, bookworm)
I have freed the ttyAMA0 by disable BT before running installation.
Please advise. Thanks

Your suspicion is 100% correct.
No one has maintained the RPi side of the interface / programmer software as the recommended Raspberry Pi OS matured beyond 32bit Raspbian Jessie.
You will have more luck asking on the Arduino forums perhaps?
If you are dead set on using the Arduberry, then you might try installing one of the “Legacy 32 bit Pi OS (bullseye)” versions and see if the Arduberry install scripts will work over that. It is possible that the install script will work with Bullseye, but also perhaps the Arduino programmer will not work on Bullseye.
And if that does not work and you still want to invest - all the really old versions of Raspian are still available - so you could install Raspian Jessie per the Getting Started instructions you found.
