Well after a couple days of trying to get a reliable serial connection to the Arduberry I have given up. I replaced the arduberry with an arduino-uno and it worked perfectly. There is something that is going with the Arduberry.
Basically, the serial.Readline hangs, or sometimes it doesn’t can’t figure out why even with the timeout set.
