Yesterday there was an issue with the forum website where it was impossible to reach the site.
An e-mail to Modular Robots support at support@modrobotics.com resulted in a virtually instantaneous and courteous response from Nicole (@cleoqc ) and a prompt resolution of the problem.
As I said in my response to her:
Nicole,
As always, “You da’ BOMB!”
Seriously, the Dexter/Modular Robotics support and fora are a breath of fresh-air in a world where competent support has gone the way of courtesy, politeness, manners, and the Dodo. (grin!)
By comparison, I had a problem with a Hewlett-Packard 6970 OfficeJet printer, where I needed to disassemble it to remove, and clean, the printhead.
Help? Â Nonexistent.
Disassembly instructions?  Even the European Union’s mandated instructions for disassembly and recycling were noteworthy in their lack of information; essentially saying “disassemble it to recycle”.
Forum help?  “Send it to the service center, and sit without a printer for no less than 45 days.”
I eventually got it done, but not without considerable angst, wasted time, and considerable unnecessary mess as a result.
More than twice I heartily wished it were a “Dexter Industries” printer!
Again, my most sincere and heartfelt thanks for your continued help and support!
P.S. Â Feel free to post to your reviews as you see fit.
What say ye?
