Ps. I tried with port 99 , that’s why appears 99 there, but it did not worked.
Same issue on port 98.

Looks like you are using a custom image for the Raspberry Pi. The error seems to be because of a path error. Can you try running the example with the Raspbian for Robots image from here http://www.dexterindustries.com/howto/install-raspbian-for-robots-image-on-an-sd-card/ and try this. It might be easier to get it working that way.
