Browser Streaming Robot Issue with Address Already in USE

When I run the Browser Streaming Robot example, I got the following message and cannot see the video from the browser.

200 GET /robot_control/info (10.0.1.5) 5.71ms
200 GET /robot_control/info (10.0.1.5) 6.16ms
Image encoder buffer num 3, buffer size 81920
Image encoder buffer num 3, buffer size 81920
bind: Address already in use

It this related to port conflict? If yes, how to fix it?

How did you try running the browser streaming bot, did you try using python or did you make it executable and run it.
