C# Example for LEDBar

I am using the GrovePI+ with a RaspberryPi 2. In fact aI am using the starter kit and am trying to understand the LEDBar. I do not see any C# examples for this.
Are there any examples for this or any documentation on how to use it? specifically what are the “level”, “led” and “state” parameters in the various method calls?
