Don't seem to have a D0 and D1 socket

On the GrovePi I have I don’t seem to have a D0 and D1 shown anywhere - are they any and which ones are they ?
The grovePi I have has a large chip on it that you can remove if you wanted to and NOT the surface mounted one I see i n some of your photos - do I have an old version or what ?

Hi,
The D0 and D1 are the Serial pins on the ATMEGA328 and are connected to the serial port on the GrovePi, the one between the RPISER and D2 port. You can use them to access the ports.

Don’t worry, you have the latest board with you. The old version had the surface mount chip and we changed that to DIP so that it is easily for folks to use it in other projects too. The photos are of the old version.

Thanks,
Karan

Can all ports on the GrovePi act as digital and analog and I2C ports or only the ones labelled ? Do you have a picture of the ports and which can be used for what type of sensor ?

Hi,
This should help you figure out what the ports are meant for http://www.dexterindustries.com/GrovePi/engineering/ .
