Dust sensor on raspberry pi with c#

Is there a way to use the dust sensor (http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/Grove_-_Dust_sensor) on a raspberry pi 2 with c#?

Hi MrW, the short answer is “no” there’s not. We’ve made attempts at getting the Dust Sensor to work with the GrovePi before and it has some timing issues that have made it tough to do.

Are there any other sensors for grovePi that measures particles in the air, other than the various Air Quality sensors which seem to focus more on measuring gas concentrations?
