Encoder rubs against acrylic base

My gopigo was turning hard to the left so I adjusted the trim. I noticed when I was adjusting the motor speeds that at some low settings the left motor would not turn. Upon closer inspection I saw that the left encoder was rubbing against the acrylic chassis. I managed to adjust the encoder a little to reduce the rubbing but not completely. It appears that this board was cut ever so slightly off. How can I get a replacement acrylic board and encoder? (I snapped the encoder when I was trying to wiggle it further out  )
