Hi, I follow all the tutorial and connect Raspberry PI to my computer through Ethernet Cable, but the LED does not blink, and I cann’t ping my robot as well, any idea? I use windows 10.

Are the Power and ACT Lights Blinking?
It looks like you are powering via the USB Raspberry Pi Power Supply, correct?
It looks like you are using a PC to connect?
