How to make a control car via bluetooth with a raspberry pi2

m starting to make a car controlled through an android app via bluetooth using a raspberry pi 2, but I can’t make the link bluetooth works and also how to program the raspberry to work only controlled through the app. I’m using RASPBIAN OS and PYTHON TO WORK.

How do I fix this or what do I need to do to make this work?

Hello William, this is a pretty open-ended question. Why can’t you use a wifi link? Is that possible?
