Hello, I ordered the gopigo kit, and then ordered the dexter industries SD card as well. After assembling everything with my raspberry pi, I can get my normal card to work fine with my monitor and power supply, but when I use your SD card, I cannot get it to boot up at all, power comes on fine (lights), but the monitor detects nothing, even though with the exact same setup seconds before (with my Raspbian SD card), everything worked fine. Suggestions? Thank you for your help, Doug
Hey Doug, it sounds like either we shipped you a defective SD card or the card was somehow corrupted. I’m really sorry for the frustration.
There are two options to solve this problem:

b). If you contact us through our website here http://www.dexterindustries.com/site/?page_id=65 we’ll send you a replacement for the SD Card.
