GrovePi not detected

i have follow the instruction and install grove pi but when i key sudo i2cdetect -y 1, no module show up despite connecting led to D4. Please help log.txt (7.7 KB)

It has the latest firmware version. What interesting is that i2c port can be detect but analog and digital cannot be detected. when i key sudo i2cdetect -y 1
