GrovePi+ with UP2 Board

I want to use the GrovePi+ on my new UP Squared Board. But I could not find the i2c address of the board(0x04 ) with commands from “i2cdetect -y -r 0” to “i2cdetect -y -r 7”.
I found out from the UP forum that the existing GrovePi+ hardware available on the market won’t work with UP Squared board and an updated revision which works well with UP Squared will be released soon.
May I know where can I get further info on this new revision of GrovePi+ and what has changed? Can I still make my existing GrovePi+ HAT to work with UP2 board?
