Hash mismatch on web page

Hi there,

The instructions “Option 2” at http://www.dexterindustries.com/GoPiGo/getting-started-with-your-gopigo-raspberry-pi-robot-kit/sdcard/ say the hash of the downloaded image should be 81c3effa78b1b49e340ac13ab895eb34, but the screenshot shows a hash of bbe4c3907a34b9f796804762885bcf6f. I followed the download instructions and got the latter hash, contained in the screenshot. Is this the correct/latest image I should be using?

Hey Garrison, two of us just tried to hash the latest image, 2014.07.30, and we got: 81c3effa78b1b49e340ac13ab895eb34

I put a note under the image about the current hash.

Are you sure you didn’t either download a corrupted version, or an older version?

Thanks for the info! When I go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/dexterindustriesraspbianflavor/ (as option 2 says to), the big green download link is for 2014.01.20_Dexter_Industries_wheezy.zip. If I instead click on the “Files” tab I am given the option to download 2014.07.30_Dexter_Industries_wheezy.zip instead, which is the latest version with the correct hash. Perhaps you could update the big green link to point to the latest file? I think that would be quite helpful.

While I’m at it, the instruction sheet included with the GoPiGo says to go to http://www.dexterindustries.com/GoPiGo and click “Getting started.” I just watched the recipient of my gift try going to /gopigo (without the caps) and get a 404. It would probably be really helpful to have that redirect to the correct page for people who do not expect URLs to be case sensitive.

Thanks a lot for letting us know. We’ll update the page shortly.
