It was short clip of a car going up a ramp to do a jump and a corkscrew spin (à la James Bond in The Man with the Golden Gun) but not completing the spin in time. Just highlights the importance of calibrating an IMU.

PS - from what I recall that spiral jump for the James Bond movie was successful on the first take- first time that kind of jump was ever done.
