Is it possible to install GrovePi sensor board and PiBorg Reverse ( https://www.piborg.org/picoborgrev ) together? How can I do that and does then GrovePi need any special configuration apart from being installed standalone?

Yeah, the PiBorg should work with the GrovePi. First connect the GrovePi and then the PiBorg and also run the install script to setup the software and you should be ready to run both of them.
