I downloaded the example code from https://github.com/DexterInd/DI_LEGO_NXT/tree/master/dPressure but when I open it in Labview 2016 (32-bit with Lego Mindstorm plugin installed) it errors with…

“NI LabVIEW LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Module support for LabVIEW 2016 is missing”

I’ve tried uninstalling the module and reinstalling it already. Is there anything else you can suggest to get it working?

Try to download the example code from some other source like from LEGO official site, I hope it would work fine, maybe due to kernel architecture 32 bit you are facing this issue.
