Language support

GoPiGo OS, DexterOS and Bloxter

Dear all,

I’d like to purchase a GoPiGo 3 for my 9yo kid, as he is learning to program with Scratch.
I’d like to know if Dexter OS and Bloxter support Italian language?

Also, is python really required or all the GoPiGo 3 features are available also for Bloxter?

Hello @edo,

we only support English in Bloxter for now, I’m sorry to say. As for Python, you will always have more freedom when you use Python than with Bloxter. For example, Python will let you control each wheel individually, while Bloxter won’t. But Bloxter will let you work on some pretty advanced stuff before you absolutely need to move to Python.

While we don’t support Italian yet, DexterOS 2.0 now supports English and French. Do you know anyone who could translate to Italian?? :slight_smile:

Yes of course. A close friend of mine is an English teacher and Italian mothertongue.
