We don’t have this exact project in C#. However we have examples to use Temperature and Humidity sensor and LCD Display in C#. The examples in C# for LCD display can be found here and for Temperature and Humidity here. You may have to tweak these a examples a bit to have the Home weather project in C#. Do let us know it goes.
