Linear/servos on a BrickPi

Ok this is probably going to sound like a silly question but my understanding of electronic hardware is limited.

My family wants to buy me a birthday present and I have been looking at some hardware (linear actuators ) and have found this https://www.actuonix.com/L12-R-Linear-Servo-For-Radio-Control-p/l12-r-.htm they are linear actuators that control just the same as servos with some pretty impressive specs for speed, size, force and weight.

Can I run these babies on a BrickPi3 or do I need to get a PivotPi?

Also the specs say they need power supply of between 5v to 7.4v but draw a max of 460mA at stall. Will the BrickPi GPIO 5v pin be able to supply this much current?? or will I need to look at a separate power supply?
