Mission 10 problem[SOLVED]

Hello, My name is Sungjune. I’m a goboxer, and now I have a problem in mission 10. When I open the ‘Advanced Serial Communication’ window, it automaticly shuts. I followed the instructions here, now turning on GoPiGo2.

How do I fix the problem?
