Etcher is more user friendly than Win32diskimager, and it’s available for both Mac and Windows. Win32diskImager is only on Windows. What OS are you on?
windows 7 home premium. Should I try it again with Win32diskimager?
Yes, at this point it seems to be your best bet.

@cleoqc Hey, I’m on vacation for the next week so I’ll get back to the issue once I get back. Thanks for asking. I tried flashing the image with Win32diskimager my computer crashed so I’ll try again once I get back. I’ll let you know in a week. Thanks again for all the help - Matt
