No Wifi light on new GoPiGo 3

Having difficulty getting our new GoPiGo 3 robot to broadcast a Wifi signal. We are not getting a green light indicating wifi is broadcasting (no light at all).

I can, however, access the robot via Ethernet and it seems to work fine. I can also see that WLAN0 is available when I VNC into the system. I can see wireless networks as well so I know WiFi is working. Any idea what is going on?

@mwgordon, which operating system are you using? And which version of the Raspberry Pi are you using?

My guess is that you are using Raspbian or Raspbian for Robots. To see the wifi LED respond and see a wifi network come up, you will need to download and install DexterOS Operating System; which is free and available here.
