Oh i think i have to configure the wifi from the rpi in Windows 8.1 only i do not know how to configure the wifi.

I have no idea what you just wrote or said. How can you configure the wifi from the RPi?

You need to connect both the Pi and Windows to the same wifi network.

Well i tried to search a new wifi device in Windows 8.1 but no luck

Yeah, you’re not trying to connect directly to the Pi. You need to connect your windows machine to a wifi network. Then you need to connect your Rspberry Pi to the same network. Then they can talk.
