Can i play only audio notes, like that of twinkle twinkle little star (in documentation) or is it possible to play even mp3 files, having proper songs.

The buzzer can only play buzzing sounds.
However you can use a speaker to play wav sounds with Bloxter (not mp3s unfortunately).
