Reset on Raspberry Pi

I have had my go-pi-go for a few weeks. I have it built, and connected to it via VNC! I’ve started writing my first program for go-pi-go. Every time I execute my program, after the Go-Pi-Go finishes the program, the VNC connection freezes, and Disconnects. I have to restart the whole go-pi-go and wait for everything to reboot.

Thoughts?
