Someone obviously has way too much time on their hands. Maybe we should send 'em a GPG-3 and ask him to spend some time there?

I’ve wondered about that approach on occasion. There seems to be very few folks, with the time needed, that also have the interest in playing with robots - even fewer with interest in ROS robots at home.
It just takes so much time, and commitment to accomplish anything beyond a Braitenberg vehicle level of behavior display.

I am assuming that you mean a robot that can wander aimlessly/mindlessly, avoiding obstacles?
