How values of 700 and 300 are calculated in air quality sensor ? Is that standard value ?

If that’s so, then, what we can tell you is that we have had to port Seeed library without understanding the way the sensor works.
We can pinpoint you to their wiki page which explains a bit more about this sensor:
I’ve been looking over it, but it doesn’t seem to explain in detail how it works. Here’s the PDF of this sensor:
Unfortunately, we don’t have more information on this product, maybe Seeed knows more about it.
