Intially when I connect the power supply to Raspberry Pi and 8AA Batteries Power supply to the GoPiGo3 board the power LED on the GoPiGo3 goes green. When I just keep power supply to the Raspberry Pi connected the Power LED on the GoPiGo3 board is red. But now the Power LED does not glow either green or red.

You’re saying the power LED no longer glows no matter what?
So, if you connect the power supply and the battery bank to your GoPiGo3, the LED no longer lights up upon booting up the Pi?
If that’s so, then you might want to reflash the firmware onto the GoPiGo3.
