Trouble reading GrovePi sensors

Hi, I’ve installed grove.py into my raspberry pi, then run “cd home/pi.grove.py”, followed by “grove_” and TAB, confirmed the sensor reading options are there.

I have then run grove_moisture_sensor and am getting the error “Check whether I2C enabled and Grove Base Hat RPi or Grove Base Hat RPi Zero inserted”.

I have tried changing the I2C address in the adc.py file (found in home/pi/grove.py/grove), and this hasnt worked
