'Update GoBox' gives chmod error

For several months whenever I press the ‘Update GoBox’ button in Scratch, the terminal window displays:
chmod: cannot access ‘/home/pi/Desktop/GoBox/Scratch_GUI/error_log’: No such file or directory

File permissions changed

I don’t see any negative effect from this, but it makes me suspicious. I’ve also tried manually creating the file, and changing the permissions on the directories, but the error remains.

Should I be seeing this?

This happens both in Jessie and the previous version.
