BP3, C++: news about motor rampup/rampdown?

as to BP3, C++ API: any news about motor rampup/rampdown?

update:
it should be possible to perform either available motor action by a limited maximum acceleration / deceleration to avoid jerking when starting or stopping, i.e. both for simple run/stop, and for speed control, and for pwm control, and for PD control.
