Brick Pi - Python commands

Hi,

I am working with the Brick Pi and have managed to get some of the commands running based on the sample programs from the SD card. I cannot however find out how to get the robot turn left or right or move forward for a set distance or time. Can someone advise what commands can be used for this?

I have programmed the GoPiGo using similar commands but cannot find out how to do this for the brick pi.
