BrickPi3 No response

I update the firmware to 1.4.3 and Test_Connected.py script runs good.
However when I use BP.set_motor_power(BP.PORT_A,100) the robot does not move.

Is the BrickPi3 connected to a good power source (e.g. charged AA batteries)? If the voltage is too low the yellow LED on the BrickPi3 will flash 4 times per second and the motors won’t run.

What is the output of Read_Info.py?
