Is this brick compatible with the pi I bought in the UK? If I bought the starter thing from you, would the wifi dongle be compatible with the UK wifi?

First question: yes, this should be compatible with the Raspberry Pi sold anywhere in the world. It should work with a Model A and a Model B Raspberry Pi.
The Wifi dongle should work within the UK! It’s easiest if you have a WPA, but it does indeed work in Europe.
To ship to Arizona, I would allow at least a week. Further complicating this: as I write the east coast of the US is getting a snow storm, which usually slows things down.
