Hi, I am hoping someone can help me out. I am trying to run the remote_robot.py program, but cannot connect to dex.local:5000. I just bought the gopigo3 and have raspbian for robots installed. I have followed all instruction posted on github. when I run remote_robot.py I get the message the flask server has started. However, when I try to connect to dex.local:5000 I get “connection has timed out” on firefox or can’t connect to server on chrome.
I can connect to my gopigo through dex.local or through VPN.
Any ideas. I just cannot figure this out. I have been working on this for 3 days. I have read some forum post from other users that may have had similar issues, but nothing has worked.
I am running raspbain for robots. I can connect to camera with another program in the project file. I think that was called pygames…I have also done apt-get update and upgrade…
Can anyone help me or walk me through some trouble shooting?
