GrovePi Zero - High Accuracy & Mini Temp and Humidity Sensor

I have a Temperature&Humidity Sensor (High-Accuracy &Mini - http://wiki.seeed.cc/Grove-TemptureAndHumidity_Sensor-High-Accuracy_AndMini-v1.0/) working consistently with GrovePi Zeo unlike the DHT sensor issues reported in the following discussion.

I am trying to get the Home_Weather_Display project working with Grove Pi zero. It works fine if I use it with GrovePi and it, however, does not produce valid numbers when I use it with GrovePi Zero. It shows -1, -1 similar to the issues reported in the discussion ( Raspi GrovePi Temperature&Humidity Sensor showing -1 -1 ). I do not see invalid numbers such as -1, -1 any more with this sensor. I am wondering if I can get these numbers displayed using Grove LCD RGB component.

I previously connected LCD component to i2c port.
As this Temp&Humidity sensor is also connected to i2c port (havng only one i2c port on Grove pi zero), I am wondering how to get the temperature and humidity numbers displayed on the LCD.
