i2c is not connecting
led_blink does not blink, but software runs

Brand new to Pi & Grove, so bear with me.
Using a 3b+.
Installed Grove Pi+ on top of Raspbian. (Not Raspbian for Robots).
My understanding is that this should work.
I have run a bunch of scripts & installers, but am not sure of what I am doing exactly.
