Missing Hardware

I may be posting this in the wrong place, so any suggestions on where this should be posted would be appreciated:

I purchased Dexter Industries Raspberry Pi Lego Brick set from amazon just before 2014’s Christmas. We are assembling the Brickpi case now and I can’t find the Long Posts that are shown in Step 1 http://www.dexterindustries.com/BrickPi/getting-started/basics/

We have a bunch of shorter screws and two smaller posts, but no longer metal posts.
