It looks like you are running an older version of the firmware on the GoPiGo. You can easily update it by following the guide here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeiydBdDhjE&t=6m40s (starts at 6m 40s in the video). Once the firmware update is finished, you can run the troubleshooting script again, and check of the firmware version does day 1.6 here (see attached picture). Please try the scratch program after that and do let us know if this helps.
