could you please enable re-editing earlier posts, not just the last one? That is a common feature also in different other forums (e.g., phpbb3 or vBulletin boards), and sometime it’s really urgent and important if a post was accidentally faulty, ambiguous, or misleading.
A remark "edit: …(date, time, how often) " should be added then automatically by the board editor though.
